Similarly, your employer may provide your contact and employment information when they add you as a Member, or designate you as the billing or technical contact on your organization’s account.
- Information from linked accounts: We may receive information about you when you integrate or link a third-party service with our Services. You may also integrate our Services with other services you use, so as to allow you to access, store, share and edit certain content from a third-party through our Services. The information we receive when you link or integrate our Services with a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. - For collaboration: You can create content, which may contain information about you or your Members, and grant permission to others to see, share, edit, copy, and download that content based on settings you or your administrator (if applicable) select. Some of the collaboration features of the Services display some or all of your profile information to other Members when you share or interact with specific content.
- Managed accounts and administrators: If you register or access the Services using an email address with a domain that is owned by your employer or organization, certain information about you including your name, profile picture, contact info, content and past use of your account will be accessible to that organization’s administrator and other Members sharing the same domain. If you are an administrator for a site or group of Members within the Services, we may share your contact information with current or past Members, for the purpose of facilitating Service-related requests.
If we provide your information to service providers for our provision of the Services, then we require that service providers maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and keep your personal information secure. We also require that they only use your personal information for the limited purposes for which it is provided. When our service providers no longer need your personal information for those limited purposes, we require that they dispose of the personal information. - Marketing information: If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our Services, such as when you last opened an email from us. Where applicable, you may be entitled to additional rights, including: (i) the right to withdraw consent to processing; (ii) the right to object to unlawful data processing, under certain conditions; (iii) the right to erasure of personal information about you, under certain conditions; (iv) the right to demand that we restrict processing of your personal information, under certain conditions, if you believe we have exceeded the legitimate basis for processing, processing is no longer necessary, or believe your personal information is inaccurate; (v) the right to data portability of personal information concerning you that you provided us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, under certain conditions; (vi) the right to object to decisions being taken by automated means which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you, under certain conditions.

We may require that you provide sufficient identification to fulfill your request to access or correct your personal information. Any such identifying information will be used only for this purpose. We will not charge you any fees to access your personal information in our records without first providing you with an estimate of the approximate fees, if any.

Personal information processed within the Services is primarily stored within Canada. However, personal information may be processed in any country in which we engage third party service providers to fulfil the purpose for which we collected the personal information.
